Special Fundraisers
Mum Sales
Each year, in October, the sanctuary is decorated with potted mums. The mums are purchased by individuals and after they decorate the sanctuary for a service, the individuals get to take their mum(s) home!

Poinsettia Sales
Each year, for Christmas Eve, the sanctuary is decorated with potted poinsettia plants. The poinsettias are purchased by individuals and after they decorate the sanctuary for the Christmas Eve service(s), the individuals get to take their plant(s) home!
Easter Flower Sales
Each year, for Easter, the sanctuary is decorated with potted flowers. Lillies, tulips, daffodils, and hyacinths plants make up the variety of color and blooms in the display. The poinsettias are purchased by individuals and after they decorate the sanctuary for the Easter service(s), the individuals get to take their plant(s) home!

Italian Night
On October 21st, 2023, the Mission Team hosted an Italian Night dinner featuring Italian food from The Shop in Fleetwood. Patrons were fed baked ziti, stuffed shells, salad, desserts, and more while enjoying the company of other dinners. There were also raffles for pasta gift bags containing boxed pasta, pasta sauce, shaker cheese, and a set of potholders!
This fundraiser dinner has featured various cuisines over the years. BBQ Night and Mexican Night are some of the other recent themes for this fundraiser.
Pancake Breakfast
During the first weekend of March 2023, the Mission Team served up a nice warm pancake breakfast! Patrons were fed pancakes, bacon, sausage, fruit, pies, and more while enjoying the company of others attendees. There were also drawings for sandwhich coupons for The Shop in Fleetwood!

Shoe Collection Drive
During the spring months of 2023, a large show collection drive was held. The request was simple: donate your gently used or new shoes of any kind! In turn, the Mission Team was able to take the donated shoes to get a monetary reward from an organization who recycles the materials and repurposes them.
This shoe collection drive has been done a few times in recent history, but the 2023 drive yielded 228 bags of shoes, which equates to 5,517 pounds. Each of the bags, shown to the right, contained 25 pairs of shoes.
