Friedens Cemetery

Friedens Cemetery is located in the heart of the Oley Valley. It has been the final resting place for generations of families since the first burial in 1805.

In 2018, Brian Sexton began his Eagle Scout Project for Longswamp Troop 575. He took on the task to modernize data by capturing photos, verifying accuracy, and input data into digital form regarding the Cemetery. The digital map captures the history of the cemetery by providing resources to assist in locating grave sites.
